Every year for the past few years I have dyed fabric, and it has become one of my favorite weeks of the year. I love the vibrant hues. I love how adding a little water makes beautiful spring tones or how adding black makes rich fall colors. I love seeing how the colors mix together to become something new. I love changing up my primary colors from bright lemon yellow to a deeper daffodil and seeing the colors that unfold. I marvel in God's brilliance in using 3 colors to make up a whole spectrum.

Soaking in.

Rinsing out.

Ready to wash.

Ready to Iron.
Here is the finished product. The colors I used for each set are under the pictures. It is interesting to see what each combination holds. My favorites have always been the brighter hues, but I always like to do at least a set or two in the warmer tones. You never know when that southwest vibe will be just the ticket!!

Bahama Blue, Rose Red, Lemon Yellow

Turquoise, Light Red, Bright Yellow

Turquoise, Fuschia, Lemon Yellow

Azure Blue, Scarlet, Daffodil

Robin's Egg Blue, Hot Pink, Citrus Yellow (I used the middle set before taking a picture. The wallet holds those fabrics. I love the way they make the wallet pop!)
